By requesting service, scheduling an appointment, or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or request service.

The Plumb Doc performs residential and commercial plumbing work in Southwest Riverside County under California contractor license CSLB #1122886. Work is performed by our technicians or authorized subcontractors and is subject to site conditions, permitting requirements, and parts availability.

Estimates are based on the conditions visible at the time of diagnosis. Hidden damage, code issues, or conditions discovered after work begins may change the scope and the price. We will review any change with you and obtain your approval before continuing.

Quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Diagnostic fees, after-hours rates, and permit costs are disclosed before work begins.

Appointment windows are estimates and may shift because of emergency calls. Please provide safe access to the work area, including shutoffs, cleanouts, and equipment. If we cannot access the property at the scheduled time, a trip charge may apply.

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.

Payment is due on completion unless we have agreed to other terms in writing. We accept the payment methods listed on your invoice. Past-due balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate allowed by California law, along with reasonable collection costs.

We stand behind our workmanship. Warranty coverage and duration for labor and for parts are stated on your invoice or proposal; manufacturer warranties apply to equipment we install. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, neglect, freezing, tampering, work performed by others, or conditions outside the repaired area.

You are responsible for disclosing known conditions such as previous repairs, buried utilities, asbestos, mold, or unpermitted work, and for keeping pets and children away from the work area.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under California law, including rights under the Contractors State License Law.
